Pinoy Horse Fanatics (PHF) is intended for the benefit of, and is dedicated to all, Filipino horse racing fans.  Pinoy Horse Fanatics  believes that Philippine horse racing should be made available through the internet for everyone's access and enjoyment.  The only way to connect all Filipino horse racing fans throughout the archipelago is through an online website dedicated to Philippine horse racing.

Pinoy Horse Fanatics  is maintained by a young horse racing enthusiast who spends his valuable time, effort, and other material resources without any compensation.  This website is for everyone's free access.  However, we welcome donations, voluntary contributions, and all kinds of support for the continued existence of this website for us to provide better services and up-to-date information about Philippine horse racing.  Any suggestions, recommendations, or comments are also welcome and encouraged.

We would like to inform our visitors that we are not related to, indorsed, or supported by any organization or entities, private or government, involved in horse racing in the Philippines and the world.  Pinoy Horse Fanatics is not a corporation, partnership, or any other form of organization or juridical entity.  We have no employees to gather information, monitor every race, and update this website.  The content of this website and its continued operation depend solely on our discretion and motivation
